The largest grain silo project with a capacity of 3 million tons per year in Imam Khomeini port was put into operation by Middle East Tidewater Company.

Coinciding with the anniversary of the victory of the Glorious Islamic Revolution of Iran, the first phase of the largest grain silo project with a capacity of 3 million tons annually and with an investment of 11,500 billion Rials was put into operation by Middle East Tidewater Company in Imam Khomeini Port.
In this ceremony, which was held in the presence of the CEO and board members of Tidewater Middle East Company on Tuesday, February 7, 1401, at the construction site of these silos in Imam Khomeini Port, the 170,000-ton silos of Tidewater Middle East Company were inaugurated and started working.
It should be mentioned that these silos have the capacity to store 3 million tons of grain annually and will provide employment for 400 people directly and indirectly. Among the benefits of this project, we can mention speeding up the unloading of ships carrying grains, increasing the capacity of accepting the berthing of ships, reducing the cost of importing basic goods of the country, and increasing the capacity of accepting, maintaining and storing bulk goods and basic goods.
