Shipping and Maritime Services (Public Joint-stock Company), registered under national ID No. 10102135979, was founded on December 10, 2000, as a private joint-stock company, and was registered with the Department for Registration of Companies and Industrial Ownership on February 18, 2001, under No. 171133, and commenced its activities in the year 1380 (2000-2001). The Company was converted into a public joint-stock company on May 9, 2012, by virtue of the minutes of the extraordinary general meeting held on May 20, 2006, and was accepted into Iran’s stock market on May 9, 2012, in Transportation, Storage, and Communications sections, and the subsection of Maritime Transportation, under the stock symbol “حبندر” (HBNDR). Currently, Sea Port Line Co. is among the subsidiary companies of Tidewater Middle Co. (Public Joint-stock)
